Linda Langelier

Linda Langelier, CHRP
President



Linda has over 20 years experience in the field of human resources and recruitment, working with organizations ranging from startup firms to large international corporations.  

 
Since the inception of Employment Network in 1996, Linda has proudly worked with hundreds of organizations and interviewed thousands of candidates.  Her passion is people, and she says that “everyone has a story to tell and a lesson to teach”.  
Linda’s career drive is to enhance the bottom line of Saskatchewan businesses by ensuring the right person is in the right job at the most important moment --- the hiring time


Linda has a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and a commitment to honor the code of ethics regarding confidentiality and professional standards.


She is the recipient of the 2001 Athena Award (www.athenafoundation.org) and 2002 Women Entrepreneurs Existing Business Award.
Linda is actively involved in the community in either a board, advisory, volunteer or training capacity…. organizing events, conducting workshops, providing career guidance and job search support. 

 
Linda proudly hails from a farming community in Saskatchewan and a family of 7 children.  She is an avid animal lover and in her spare time enjoys computer graphics, almost anything creative, and spending time with family ….both people and pets!

Kristen Eisenzimmer
Recruiter/Human Resource Manager


Kristen provides recruitment, human resources, payroll and marketing support, and has been an integral part of Employment Network since its inception in 1996. She attained her Human Resources Management Diploma in 2004 and Certified Payroll Administrator Certificate in 2005.

 

Kristen oversees the Management Support and Flexible Staffing Division of Employment Network, ensuring clients receive the best service and most qualified candidates to meet their administrative, accounting and office support needs.

 

Kristen enjoys building business relationships, and meeting a diversity of candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels. Candidates appreciate Kristen’s down-to-earth nature and finesse in finding just the right position or temporary role to step-up their career path to success. In fact, over the past few years, Kristen’s recruitment talent has resulted in over 85% of our temporary employees securing full-time long term work, the majority of them being with the company they were assigned to on a temporary basis.

 

Kristen enjoys the ‘buzz’ of a pressured, fast paced work environment and having a number of positions to fill. She is always on the lookout for talent, and builds/maintains our hotlist of 15 to 20 pre-screened candidates. When an Employer phones to say, “I need someone great and I need someone now”, Kristen and her team already have a head-start to meeting their needs.

 

Helping a business find talented new employees, and seeing her candidates’ careers flourish, is reward for the hard work and heart Kristen puts in her job. Her attention to detail and caring attitude confirms our philosophy that "having the right people on your team is what it’s all about".

 

In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her pets (she has 5), and proudly states that family is her favorite past time! She also enjoys football, traveling to new and old locations, home decorating and reading.

David Eisenzimmer
Recruiter/Human Resource Consultant 

 


Since joining Employment Network in January 2009, David has demonstrated his keen ability to assess and match candidate skills to meet client needs.   David's strong analytical skills, supported by his passion to make a positive difference in people's lives, has made him a valuable member of our recruitment team.    David supports the needs of our Professional Search Division and his expertise is the technical, management, finance and other hard-to-fill roles.    He has already proven his abilities in the past year by successfully filling Architectural Technologist, Sales Professionals, General Management and Financial Accountant roles.

 

While David works full-time in the recruitment/human resources consulting field he also attends evening classes throughout the year to further his education in business and human resources.    David brings over 5 years work experience in the sales, customer service, legal surveying, warehouse and buildings industry.

 

In his spare time, David enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, watching football (a HUGE Riders fan!) and spending time with his friends, family and his boxer named Bentley. 

 

  

 



Alexandra (Alex) Bolan
Recruitment Assistant

 


We are pleased to welcome Alex as our apprentice Recruiter starting this January 2010.   Her positive personality, talent and passion for the industry will no doubt impress you as much as it has us.    Alex has completed 3 academic terms in the SIAST Human Resource Management program, and is formally on a co-op work term for a year, with a possibility of continued long term employment (we're working on that!)   Alex's formal education is supported by over 3 years work experience in the property management, retail grocery and painting/construction industry.    

As Recruitment Assistant, Alex will work closely with Kristen in filling full-time and temporary Management Support positions including Reception, Administration, Accounting and Customer Service roles.   Her strong work ethics and innate ability to listen, identifiy and adapt to meet people's needs will contribute to achieving only the best candidate match for our clients.   

 

In her spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to movies, travelling and being 'artsy' in home decorating, art and photography.

Ashley Cross 
Human Resource Coordinator

 

Ashley joined our team in May 2009 as a graduate co-op student from the Human Resources Management program offered by SIAST.   Her work term was to end on December 31, 2009, but it didn't take long for us to realize she was a 'gem' worth keeping!    In July, 2009 we welcomed Ashley as a full-time member of our recruitment team.   Her initiative, talent and positive results-oriented attitude are just the right mix to achieve candidate and client satisfaction.      
 

Ashley's role as Human Resource Coordinator is the 'hub' of our business, and includes receiving/directing incoming resumes, responding to enquiries, sourcing and screening candidates, testing, conducting reference checks and preparing reports.   Ashley provides valuable assistance to our recruiters by also maintaining our database, and ensuring the paperflow and countless details are all in order.     

 

Ashley is a member of SAHRP (the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Professionals) and in her spare time enjoys sports, movies and spending time with her family at their summer cottage.
