Our retained search service utilizes recruitment strategies that are both precise and innovative. Our recruitment process is a proven blend of targeted step-by-step procedures and pro-active networking/direct sourcing tailored to your company needs. Employment Network’s two recruitment divisions are designed to offer our Recruiters both challenge and accountability in their areas of expertise……which then translates to RESULTS for our clients and candidates.
Employment Network’s fee for a career placement is usually calculated as a percentage of the successful candidate’s first year annual salary. This may range from 10% to 29% and is based upon the specialization and type of position being filled. A 100% replacement guarantee is also included. 2. |

.3 Career Advertising/campaign management Career advertisements can accelerate the hiring process and maximize your chances of finding the ideal candidate in a shorter space of time. Employment Network has the resources to design a career ad for your approval, recommend avenues and provide you with related cost estimates. The decision is yours – we then coordinate placement on your behalf. The ad can enhance your profile and visibility in the marketplace or, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we can fly our corporate flag for you. |
.4 Assess, pre-screen and shortlist Candidates We will pre-screen resumes you receive from advertisements and referrals, to arrive at the first shortlist of candidates. |
.5 Interview and Assessment Report Personal Interviews: conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates, including current employees if applicable, to evaluate qualifications in line with the position to be filled. Candidate assessment report: prepare written report, summarizing qualifications in relation to position/organizational needs. Includes Recruiter "recommend" or "not recommend" along with reasons to support. |
.6 Reference Checks Prepare reference check template based upon '1 – 5' rating questions and questions designed specifically for the position. Conduct References: 2 to 4 reference checks for each shortlisted candidate. |
