As principal Engineer and Manager for the Regina operations, your engineering expertise and business knowledge will direct a team of skilled engineers, technologists and support staff. The office specializes in consulting engineering design, project management and construction supervision of commercial building projects. You will: - Provide strong leadership and management of the Regina office and oversee the successful execution of commercial engineering projects from a financial, technical and human resources perspective. - Serve as a highly qualified and professional business, marketing and technical representative of the organization. Oversee the development of business strategies, objectives and budgets. Manage projects, financials, business plans and marketing/promotions; - Provide leadership and direction to employees; recruit, train and mentor a strong team. Instill and maintain a positive, productive work environment, motivating employees to excel and meet performance targets; - Promote and increase market share; be involved within the community and develop strong working relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, government and business representatives. - As a member of the Management team, participate in regular Management/Board meetings. There is flexibility and the opportunity for a qualified Senior Engineer to enter a training/mentoring period that evolves to expansion of responsibilities and leadership of the Regina office within an agreed time frame.
