Our recruitment efforts focus on full time positions, ranging from clerical to senior executive levels. 

We also offer flexible staffing to meet peek workload and vacation needs, including our successful temp to perm placements..the working interview.

 

As a key member of our business team, you will provide:

 

Recruitment

--Work with and assist organizations in accurately identifying their position requirements and candidate needs.

--Source, screen and qualify candidate skills and interests to meet employer needs. This will include marketing, research, sourcing, and prescreening candidates, and conducting telephone and personal interviews for a wide range of positions.

--Provide career coaching, guidance and support to individuals seeking employment.  Identify best fit opportunities to facilitate their career goals and success. Conduct reference checks, testing and training.

--Partner with community organizations and assist people facing barriers to employment to facilitate their long-term career success.

--Prepare assessments and reports, office administration and database management.

 

Marketing and Business Development

--Be involved within the community to walk-the-talk of contributing to Saskatchewan business growth and the career success of our candidates.  This will include training presentations, volunteer work, participating in community events, career fairs, trade shows, marketing and exploring innovative ways to meet individual and business needs.

--Coordinate projects and work on a professional level with business representatives, community organizations, educational institutes, associations and agencies within Saskatchewan and Canada. 

 

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.

 

Your focus during the first year will be to lead our management support division (working on office managers, administration, accounting, reception, and other specialized roles) to support an upcoming maternity leave.  You will also support the team in identifying qualified mid to senior financial, management, technical and specialized professionals.  You will have many opportunities to assume new challenges and responsibilities as you grow your professional career.

Requirements
Education--A related business diploma or degree is a definite asset, with specialized courses in marketing, human resources and recruitment.

Experience

--2+ years of recruitment and marketing/sales experience in a customer service environment.

--Knowledge of current human rights laws, employment standards acts and other related legislation is an asset.


Computer--Above average working knowledge of Word and Excel, supported by excellent business writing skills and grammar.

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

 

--Overtime as required to meet project and client needs.

 


Remuneration

Competitive salary plus benefits, incentives and bonus/commission for meeting project and performance goals. Training and tuition reimbursement is provided.
