Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will play a major role in managing the financial obligations of this leading project management and consulting engineering firm. You will provide accurate financial information for distribution to management for use in analysis, forecasting and the preparation of financial reports.
Responsibilities include:
a) Advanced accounting duties such as:
- General ledger maintenance.
- Tracking and recording of fixed assets.
- Performing financial reconciliations and internal audits.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and plans.
b) Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts as directed by the Controller.
c) Work closely with all team members to ensure compliance on financial reporting and reconciliation requirements.
