Step 2 will now turn your attention to the Marketplace, to help answer questions about:
“What’s out there?”
“What are Employers looking for?
How has it changed from the last time I looked for work?””
“What jobs are hot? What jobs are not?”
“Who’s hiring, and how do I know if my skills are relevant?”
“What business is new, expanding, moving or downsizing?”
Where do I look?

For this step, your only goal is to research, read, learn, take notes and become familiar with what’s out there and how it may support or impact your job search, prospects and future career.
