Profiles XT

The Profile XT™ is a "Total person" assessment and psychometric tool that has been in use for over 25 years, and measures the job-related qualities that make a person productive:
  • Thinking and Reasoning Style: learning index, verbal skill, verbal reasoning, numerical ability and numeric reasoning.
  • Behavioral Traits: energy level, assertiveness, sociability, manageability, attitude, decisiveness, accommodating, independence and objective judgment.
  • Occupational Interests:  people service, creative, mechanical, technical, financial/administrative and enterprising.
It is convenient and easy to use on the Internet. The Profile XT is used for placement, promotion, self-improvement, coaching, succession planning, and job description development.   It is a versatile management tool that develops Job Match Patterns that can be customized by company, department, manager, position, geography, or any combination of these factors.

Matching people so they fit the work they do builds productivity and job-satisfaction and diminishes negative factors such as stress, tension, conflict, miscommunication, and costly employee turnover.
